  1. Basic stance
  2. CIAP; Alert stance
  3. MADJUT; Parry, shoot hands to sides, arms parallel to floor and wrists pulled down as far as possible, left foot steps back into cat.
  4. Turn knuckles in toward your waist and as far back as possible, shoot arms out in front of body, ridge hand, solar-plexis high, arms parallel to the ground
  5. Push palm-parry down
  6. Double groin strike, wrists bent up, arms bent
  7. Front kick with rt. foot
  8. Sweep hands inward, up overhead, double chop down
  9. Pivot 180 deg into square stance, elbow back with rt. arm (palm up) left arm above head hand open
  10. Front kick with rt. foot
  11. Step down into square stance, elbow across right arm (hand open, wrist bent) slap with left
  12. Slice blow with rt. hand, left hand pulls to waist
  13. Horse stance, punch straight left
  14. Punch straight rt.
  15. Front kick with rt. foot
  16. Front kick with left foot
  17. 180 deg tiger move
  18. Draw rt. leg into crane, X parry high
  19. Horse stance twin punch
  20. Front kick with rt. foot
  21. Front kick with left foot
  22. 90 deg tiger move
  23. Draw rt. leg into crane
  24. Monkey paw parry with rt. arm
  25. Elbow strike up with rt. arm
  26. Front kick with rt. foot
  27. Front kick with left foot
  28. 180 deg tiger move
  29. Draw rt. leg into crane
  30. Monkey paw parry with rt. arm
  31. Elbow strike across with rt. arm

  38. Stomp down with left foot, draw hands to waist, crane left
  39. Monkey jump to left
  40. Land in opening rt. lead
  41. Clip sabre with rt. foot, land in chekelan side stance
  42. Chekelan footwork, in and out, back and forth, switch from closed to open
  43. 2 figure 8 movements with hands and a decisive strike with rt. hand
  44. 180 deg seblet (with rt. leg behind), end up in opening with rt. lead
  45. Cross back of wrists/fists as you step back with left leg into another square, right hand out waist high arm bent, left hand on waists
  46. Feet together, shake off
