- Basic stance
- CIAP; Alert stance
- MADJUT; Parry, shoot hands to sides, arms parallel to floor and wrists pulled down as far as possible, left foot steps back into cat.
- Turn knuckles in toward your waist and as far back as possible, shoot arms out in front of body, ridge hand, solar-plexis high, arms parallel to the ground
- Push palm-parry down
- Double groin strike, wrists bent up, arms bent
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Sweep hands inward, up overhead, double chop down
- Pivot 180 deg into square stance, elbow back with rt. arm (palm up) left arm above head hand open
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Step down into square stance, elbow across right arm (hand open, wrist bent) slap with left
- Slice blow with rt. hand, left hand pulls to waist
- Horse stance, punch straight left
- Punch straight rt.
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Front kick with left foot
- 180 deg tiger move
- Draw rt. leg into crane, X parry high
- Horse stance twin punch
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Front kick with left foot
- 90 deg tiger move
- Draw rt. leg into crane
- Monkey paw parry with rt. arm
- Elbow strike up with rt. arm
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Front kick with left foot
- 180 deg tiger move
- Draw rt. leg into crane
- Monkey paw parry with rt. arm
- Elbow strike across with rt. arm
- Front kick with rt. foot
- Front kick with left foot
- Elbow straight back low with left arm, as you step back into square stance with left leg, rt. arm above head
- Standing sweep 180 deg with rt. leg, elbow straight down with right arm, left arm blocks above head
- Side slice with rt. hand low, draw left hand to waist
- Grab with both hands
- Stomp down with left foot, draw hands to waist, crane left
- Monkey jump to left
- Land in opening rt. lead
- Clip sabre with rt. foot, land in chekelan side stance
- Chekelan footwork, in and out, back and forth, switch from closed to open
- 2 figure 8 movements with hands and a decisive strike with rt. hand
- 180 deg seblet (with rt. leg behind), end up in opening with rt. lead
- Cross back of wrists/fists as you step back with left leg into another square, right hand out waist high arm bent, left hand on waists
- Feet together, shake off
