- Basic stance
- CIAP; Alert stance
- MADJUT; Parry, shoot hands to sides, arms parallel to floor and wrists pulled down as far as possible, left foot steps back into cat.
- Turn knuckles in toward your waist and as far back as possible, shoot arms out in front of body, ridge hand, solar-plexis high, arms parallel to the ground
- Push palm-parry down
- Left hand above fist clecnched (overhead block), rt. leg moves back into forward stance, rt. hand fist palm down, knuckle of thumb touching clothes
- Kick front with rt. foot (turn rt. hand palm up)
- Set rt. foot straight down, chop with left hand to collarbone
- Jab to throat with rt. hand
- Horse stance, punch left
- Punch rt.
- Monkey paw parry rt.
- Monkey paw parry left
- 90 deg pivot to rt., double palm (rt. hand low)
- Front kick with left leg (cover groin)
- Step back with left leg into horse stance
- Pivot 90 deg to left, double palm (left hand low)
- Front kick with rt. leg (cover groin)
- Grab and clip knee
- Push away
- 180 deg tiger move
- Bring rt. leg into crane
- Monkey paw parry with rt. arm
